We are an independent service provider. The UN Climate Change Conference COP31 takes place at the Antalya Expo Center from 9 to 20 November 2026. For two weeks the city will host government delegations, NGOs, researchers, journalists and companies, and most of them will need more than a badge and a hotel room. BravoDays handles the practical side around the conference for organisations that attend. We find venues for side events, receptions and client dinners in Antalya and Belek, run transfers between Antalya Airport (AYT), hotels and the Expo Center, book interpreters for English, Turkish and Arabic, and put our own staff onsite so your team can concentrate on the negotiations and meetings. We will be direct about capacity. Hotel rooms near the Expo Center and in Lara are limited during the conference, and rates move quickly. We work with what is genuinely available, tell you early when something is not, and propose alternatives such as Belek or the old town with scheduled transfers. Availability near the Expo Center is limited and changes daily. We check what is really open, tell you straight away if your preferred area is full, and suggest alternatives in Belek or the old town with scheduled transfers. ### Can you organise a side event or reception outside the conference venue? Yes. We propose three venues within one business day, from hotel meeting rooms to historic houses and terraces, and arrange catering, AV, interpreters and guest transport around them. ### What happens after the conference ends on 20 November?
