## Overview

A facilitator uses toy building bricks to help teams model how they work, where they get stuck and what they want to change.

Everyone gets a box of building bricks and a series of short building questions, each answered in three to five minutes. It starts simple (build a tower, build something that describes your job) and moves on to the real topic you choose with us beforehand: the team as it is today, the customer journey, or next year's priorities.

After each round, every person explains their model to the table in two minutes while the others ask questions. Because people talk about the model rather than about each other, quieter colleagues speak up and difficult points come out without anyone being put on the spot. In the last hour the team combines individual models into one shared landscape and agrees on a short list of actions.

The workshop is run by a facilitator trained in the method, with one co-facilitator for every 12 participants. You leave with photos of every model, the shared landscape and a written summary of the actions.
