A morning of team rowing and cycling around Eymir Lake, a green escape on the southern edge of Ankara, finished with a lakeside breakfast.

Eymir Lake lies in a protected green valley about 20 km south of central Ankara, and its shores are popular with rowers, runners and cyclists. Your group meets at a lakeside club for a short safety briefing.

Half the group takes to the water in rowing boats with coaches, practising stroke timing and finishing with a short team race, while the other half cycles the path around the lake. Then the groups swap. The morning ends with a Turkish breakfast on a terrace by the water.
