## Overview

An evening stroll through Kaş's bougainvillea lanes, past a Lycian tomb and the ancient theatre, with meze stops along the way.

Kaş is a small harbour town with whitewashed houses, bougainvillea and a relaxed evening atmosphere. The walk begins at the harbour and climbs through the old lanes to a Lycian sarcophagus in the middle of a street and the Hellenistic theatre facing the sea and the Greek island of Meis.

Along the way the group stops at three or four small family restaurants and producers to taste local meze, olive oil dishes, seafood and sweets, with stories about Lycian, Greek and Turkish influences on the cuisine.

The walk finishes back at the harbour for tea or a drink as the lights come on.
