Maşukiye is a forest village on the slopes of Kartepe, crossed by cold mountain streams that feed small waterfalls and trout farms. A local guide leads the group on an easy walk along the water, through the forest and past the village's waterfalls.

The walk ends at a riverside restaurant where tables are set by the stream. Lunch is fresh trout grilled over charcoal, with salads, village bread and seasonal mezes. It is a relaxed half day that suits groups who want time to talk away from the meeting room.
