The airport is 25 minutes from the centre, the city is walkable along the Kordon seafront, and the pace is slower than Istanbul. It suits teams that want a working offsite with good food and no logistics stress. The real strength is what lies around it. Urla has become one of Türkiye's best wine and olive oil regions, with small estates that host tastings and dinners for groups. Alaçatı and Çeşme add stone-house hotels and beaches for a summer extension.
