We secure and manage hotel room blocks for your group, negotiate the terms, and keep the rooming list accurate until checkout.

Room blocks are where small details become real costs. We negotiate the group rate, the attrition allowance, release dates and cancellation terms before you sign, so you know exactly how many rooms you can drop and by when.

Then we manage the rooming list: single and double occupancy, sharing preferences, accessibility needs, early arrivals and late checkouts, VIP upgrades. Attendees can register through a simple form, and we reconcile it against the hotel’s list so there are no surprises at the front desk.

For larger events we split groups across nearby hotels in the same area, for example two properties in Şişli near an Istanbul congress centre, and coordinate shuttles between them. Everything sits on one invoice from us rather than separate hotel bills.

### What is attrition and why does it matter?

Attrition is how many rooms you can release without paying for them. We negotiate a workable allowance and remind you before each release date so unused rooms do not become a cost.

### Can attendees book extra nights at the group rate?

Usually yes, subject to hotel availability. We request pre- and post-event nights at the group rate when we negotiate the block.

### Do attendees pay the hotel directly?

By default no. Rooms are billed to us and appear on your single event invoice. Personal extras such as minibar are settled by attendees at checkout.
