We design and run team activities that fit your group and location, from cooking workshops and sailing regattas to hikes, rallies and cultural tours.

Good team building starts with the group, not the activity catalogue. We ask what you want people to leave with, who is in the room, their fitness range and how much time you have. A group of 30 engineers and a sales team of 200 need very different days.

Türkiye offers a wide range: a sailing regatta or gulet day in Bodrum, a Turkish cooking workshop in Urla, a treasure hunt through Istanbul’s old city, a hike in Cappadocia’s valleys, a snow day on Uludağ, or a creative workshop with local artisans. Every activity is run by partners we have worked with before, with safety briefings and insurance confirmed.

We plan inclusion from the start: options for different fitness levels, accessible routes, non-alcoholic choices and timings that respect prayer times or Ramadan when relevant. Our onsite team hosts the activity, keeps time and handles weather backups.

We plan activities with different roles and intensity levels, or run parallel options, so everyone takes part without pressure.

### Can activities run in English and Arabic?

Yes. Our hosts and facilitators work in English, Turkish and Arabic.

### What happens if it rains?

Every outdoor activity has an indoor or alternative backup agreed in advance. The onsite host decides on the day and moves the group.
