## Overview

We coordinate group and individual flights through our licensed travel agency partner and connect them to your transfers and rooms.

Flights are booked through our licensed travel agency partner. Our job is to make sure those tickets fit the rest of the event: arrival windows that match transfer slots, departures that do not cut the last session, and a manifest that matches the rooming list.

For groups flying from several cities we collect passport names, preferred departure airports and loyalty numbers through one form, then compare group fares with individual bookings. Inside Türkiye we plan domestic legs such as Istanbul to Kayseri or Nevşehir for Cappadocia, Dalaman for Fethiye, or Bodrum-Milas for the Aegean.

Once tickets are issued we track them against the movement plan. If a flight is delayed, the onsite team adjusts the transfer and tells the hotel. Flight costs appear on your one event invoice alongside everything else.
