An all-hands meeting succeeds when everyone leaves knowing where the company is going and what it means for them. That depends on a clear running order, speakers who have rehearsed, and a room where people at the back can see and hear as well as those at the front.

We source the venue, build the stage and screens, run rehearsals, livestream for remote colleagues and manage arrivals and catering. Q&A tools, translation and session recordings are available when needed.

In Istanbul we use congress centres and hotel ballrooms for 200 to 1,500 people. For a full-day all-hands with an evening event, Antalya resorts are a strong option.
