A conference is many small events running on one timetable: plenaries, breakouts, exhibitor areas, meals, a gala and hundreds of arrivals and departures. We plan it as one operation with a single run of show and a single budget.

Our scope covers venue and room blocks, registration and badging, speaker travel and briefings, stage and AV, simultaneous translation in English, Turkish and Arabic, catering and the evening program. You receive one final price and one invoice.

Istanbul has the widest choice of congress centres and conference hotels. Antalya and Belek resorts suit summits of 200 to 1,000 delegates who stay on site.

## Questions

### Do you handle delegate registration?

Yes. We set up online registration with your branding, collect travel, dietary and accessibility details, issue confirmations and badges, and run the registration desk onsite.

### Can you provide simultaneous translation?

Yes, between English, Turkish and Arabic as standard, and other languages on request. We supply booths, interpreters and receivers, and can add translation channels to livestreams.
