## Overview

A week of focused work somewhere quiet, with a proper desk, fast Wi-Fi and nothing else competing for attention.

A work retreat is not a holiday with laptops. The goal is output: a product shipped, a plan written, a backlog cleared. We choose venues where people can work for six hours without interruption, and we check the Wi-Fi, the chairs and the light ourselves.

Days follow a simple rhythm: deep work in the morning, a long lunch, a second block in the afternoon and a shared dinner. We add one or two light activities across the week so people get outside.

Good fits in Türkiye include Urla's vineyard hotels, lake lodges in Sapanca and quiet boutique hotels in Kaş. Most work retreats last five to seven days.
