## Overview

Eurasia Packaging Istanbul takes place at Tüyap in Büyükçekmece each October, a busy month for Istanbul hotels generally. Machinery exhibitors need rooms for installation crews from the build-up days, while purchasing teams visiting from abroad usually prefer the city centre and need a dependable daily transfer.

We split bookings accordingly: crew rooms near Tüyap, guest rooms in the centre, and shuttles linking both. We arrange client dinners and Bosphorus evenings for buyers, and for groups staying on, visits to food and packaging plants in the Marmara region or a short team programme after the fair.

BravoDays is an independent ground-services provider and is not affiliated with the organizer of Eurasia Packaging Istanbul. Tickets, stand space and official programmes are handled by the organizer; we take care of rooms, transport and hospitality around the fair.

## Questions

### Can you find hotel rooms near Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center during Eurasia Packaging Istanbul?

Hotels closest to the venue fill early at fair time, so the sooner you send us your dates and headcount the more choice you have. Where available we hold room blocks for exhibitors and visiting groups, and when nearby hotels are full we offer alternatives a little further out with scheduled shuttles to the venue. We cannot guarantee availability or rates until a booking is confirmed by the hotel.

### Do you organise client dinners and stand hospitality during Eurasia Packaging Istanbul?

Yes. We arrange client and distributor dinners, private dining rooms, evening receptions and transfers for your guests, and can coordinate catering or hospitality staff for your stand through suppliers approved by the venue. Popular restaurants book up during fair week, so tell us your preferred evenings early. Anything inside the exhibition halls follows the organizer's and venue's rules.
