## Overview

IF Wedding Fashion İzmir is held at Fuar İzmir each winter, often alongside other fashion fairs. Buyers typically spend several days between the halls, catwalk shows and manufacturers' own showrooms in the city, so short, frequent transfers matter more than a single daily shuttle.

We book hotels near the venue and in Alsancak, provide cars with drivers for buyer groups moving between the fair and showrooms, and handle airport transfers at Adnan Menderes. Exhibitors use us for buyer dinners, after-show receptions and short winter programmes in Urla or Şirince.

BravoDays is an independent ground-services provider and is not affiliated with the organizer of IF Wedding Fashion İzmir. Tickets, stand space and official programmes are handled by the organizer; we take care of rooms, transport and hospitality around the fair.

## Questions

### Can you find hotel rooms near Fuar İzmir during IF Wedding Fashion İzmir?

Hotels closest to the venue fill early at fair time, so the sooner you send us your dates and headcount the more choice you have. Where available we hold room blocks for exhibitors and visiting groups, and when nearby hotels are full we offer alternatives a little further out with scheduled shuttles to the venue. We cannot guarantee availability or rates until a booking is confirmed by the hotel.

### Do you organise client dinners and stand hospitality during IF Wedding Fashion İzmir?

Yes. We arrange client and distributor dinners, private dining rooms, evening receptions and transfers for your guests, and can coordinate catering or hospitality staff for your stand through suppliers approved by the venue. Popular restaurants book up during fair week, so tell us your preferred evenings early. Anything inside the exhibition halls follows the organizer's and venue's rules.
