TTI İzmir takes place at Fuar İzmir in Gaziemir, close to Adnan Menderes Airport. December is quiet on the Aegean coast, which helps with hotel choice, but hosted buyers and destination delegations still need rooms close to the venue and evening programmes in the city.

We book airport-area and Alsancak hotels, run shuttles to Fuar İzmir, and organise dinners along the Kordon or in Urla for partners and hosted buyers. For tourism companies who want to show their region, we arrange short fam trips to Çeşme, Alaçatı, Urla or Ephesus before or after the fair.

Where available we hold room blocks for exhibitors and visiting groups, and when nearby hotels are full we offer alternatives a little further out with scheduled shuttles to the venue.
