A 19th-century merchant's mansion in the historic centre, with carved ceilings, a central hall and a walled garden with a fountain. The silk market at Koza Han and the Grand Mosque are a ten-minute walk.

It is used for gala dinners, award evenings and small leadership groups who stay in the sixteen rooms upstairs. Menus focus on Bursa cooking, from İskender to chestnut desserts.
