Typical 2026 group rates
Ranges come from recent group contracts per destination and venue tier, not rack rates. Your real price depends on dates and availability.
Nights drive the maths
Rooms and meals are counted per night, transport per programme day, meeting rooms per meeting day for the whole group.
Everything included
A 10–12% event design and onsite team fee plus a 5–8% contingency are already in the total. No hidden extras later.
Flights kept apart
Flight prices swing with season and booking date, so we show them as a rough separate line and never add a fee on them.
