Privacy notice
We use the details you send us only to prepare and deliver your event proposal. We keep quote requests for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. This notice covers KVKK and GDPR; a full version will be published before launch. Contact: privacy@bravodays.example.
What we collect
Details you send in the quote form, contact form or newsletter signup: name, company, job title, email, phone, event details and your message. We do not collect payment data on this website.
Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your event proposal, to reply to your message and, if you subscribed, to send our monthly newsletter. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and, for the newsletter, your consent.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and messages: 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
We only use cookies that the site needs to work (session and security). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, photos from Unsplash and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. These providers receive your IP address when the content loads. Emails are sent through our email provider.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Under KVKK and GDPR you may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
