What we look for
- Space for groups: at least one meeting room or a flexible space, plus enough rooms or nearby partners to sleep the team.
- Wi-Fi that really works for video calls and presentations. We test it on site.
- A team that answers within one working day and gives clear group rates.
- Something people remember: a view, a story, great food or a setting that feels different.
- Honest sustainability and accessibility information. We only show what we can check.

Site visit
We visit in person or do a mystery check, test the Wi-Fi and look at rooms, meeting spaces and food.
Listing agreement
