Overview

Iftar dinners for employees, clients and partners, timed to the minute and planned with respect for the tradition.

An iftar is a meal with a precise start time and a meaning that matters to many of your guests. Food must be on the table when the call to prayer begins, the menu should follow tradition, and the evening should feel generous rather than corporate.

We plan the menu with the venue, starting with dates, water and soup, then a full meal and Ramadan desserts. We provide a prayer space, arrange transport so guests arrive before sunset, and pace the evening for guests who are fasting and those who are not. Short programs such as a welcome from leadership or traditional music fit well after the meal.

In Istanbul we use Bosphorus venues, historic mansions and hotel terraces. Venues book fast during Ramadan, so we recommend confirming six to eight weeks ahead.

Didn't find your answer?

  • Event designers reply within one business day. Onsite teams are reachable 24/7 during events.
How do you make sure food is served exactly at iftar time?
We confirm the exact iftar time for the date and city, agree a service timeline with the kitchen, and have dates, water and soup on the tables a few minutes before the call to prayer. Our coordinator calls the service on the day.
Can guests who are not fasting attend?
Of course. Iftar dinners are often shared with colleagues and clients of all backgrounds. We brief guests on timing and etiquette beforehand so everyone feels comfortable.
