Why here
Antalya is the one place in Türkiye where a group of 1,000 can sleep, meet and eat under one roof. The Belek and Lara resorts were built with ballrooms, breakout rooms and their own technical teams, so a sales conference and a beach dinner happen on the same property without a single coach transfer.
The season runs from April to November, longer than anywhere else on the coast. Spring and autumn are the sweet spot: sea warm enough to swim, golf courses in good condition and resort rates well below July and August.
When the group wants to leave the resort, the options are close: the Roman theatre at Aspendos is 20 minutes from Belek, rafting in Köprülü Canyon about an hour, and Kaleiçi, the old town of Antalya, works well for a dinner away from the buffet.
