The story: a rival has hidden the code to a vault inside a large set of business data. Teams receive sales reports, customer records, charts and documents, some useful, many misleading. To open each lock they need to spot a pattern, find an outlier, catch a misleading chart or combine numbers from different sources.

Puzzles are designed so that no single person can solve them alone: one person has the chart, another the table, a third the context. Teams that divide work, share findings quickly and check each other's assumptions move fastest.

After the heist, the facilitator walks through the traps teams fell into, from missing baselines to cherry-picked periods, and links them to the reports people see at work.
