The Inkaya plane tree, in a village on the slopes of Uludağ just outside Bursa, is estimated to be around 600 years old, and its huge trunk and wide canopy have shaded generations of villagers. The meadow around it is a perfect setting for an outdoor team day.
Teams rotate between stations: building a free-standing structure from bamboo and rope, a blindfolded guiding game, relay races and a quiz on the history of the village. The day ends with a shared village lunch under the trees, and the overall winners receive a trophy. The format scales easily from 16 to 150 guests.

Accessibility
The meadow is flat but grassy. Most stations can be adapted for guests with limited mobility, and there are seated roles in every team. The meadow is near a historic monument, so we keep noise and set-up low-impact.
