Kayaköy, known in the past as Levissi, was home to a Greek Orthodox community until the population exchange between Greece and Türkiye in 1923. Hundreds of roofless stone houses, two churches and a school still cover the hillside, and the village is now protected as a museum site.

Your guide leads the group up through the lanes, explaining how the village worked, what happened during the exchange and how its story has been told in literature and film. It is a moving visit that often starts good conversations within teams about history, belonging and change.

The walk ends in the valley below, where village restaurants serve gözleme and grilled dishes. Fit groups can continue on an old path over the hill down to Ölüdeniz.
