Ski day on Uludağ

Uludağ is Türkiye's largest ski resort, two hours from Istanbul and reachable by the Bursa cable car. We set the group up at one hotel at the foot of the lifts, where rental equipment is fitted the evening before or first thing in the morning.

The morning splits by level: certified instructors teach beginners in groups of eight on the nursery slopes, while confident skiers and snowboarders go out with a guide. After lunch on a mountain terrace, everyone meets for a timed slalom on a reserved course, with a separate fun category for first-timers.

The day closes with hot drinks and the race results by the fire. Guests who do not ski can join a snowshoe walk or use the hotel spa.
