Overview
A retreat where the activities are the point: two or three days of shared challenges, good food and time to talk.
Team building works when the activity asks people to depend on each other and is followed by time to talk about it. We pick activities that suit the group's fitness, mix and mood, and we put them at the centre of the program rather than squeezing them into a free afternoon.
Options range from sailing regattas and rafting to cooking competitions, treasure hunts through old towns and CSR projects such as tree planting. A facilitator can run a short debrief so the lessons carry back to the office.
