Slow mornings, yoga, hammam and good sleep, for teams coming out of a hard year or a hard quarter.
A wellness retreat gives people permission to slow down. The program is light on meetings and heavy on rest: yoga or breathwork in the morning, walks, massage or hammam in the afternoon, and simple, healthy food.
We work with certified yoga and mindfulness teachers and choose hotels with a proper spa, quiet rooms and space outdoors. Every session is optional, and we plan for different fitness levels and dietary needs.
Good settings include the pine forests around Kaş and Fethiye, lake lodges in Sapanca, thermal hotels near Bursa and the Aegean coast in spring or autumn.
