WHX Dubai runs across Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City and Dubai World Trade Centre during World Healthcare Week. Medical technology exhibitors often bring clinical specialists and regional distributors, and need to keep them close to the right hall while still reaching hospital and distributor meetings across the city.
We book hotels with the venue split in mind, arrange cars and shuttles between Expo City, DWTC and hospital visits, and handle DXB meet-and-greet. We organise distributor dinners, small advisory-board style meetings in private rooms and evening programmes for visiting clinicians, in line with the sponsor's own compliance rules.
BravoDays is an independent ground-services provider and is not affiliated with the organizer of WHX Dubai (World Health Expo, formerly Arab Health). Tickets, stand space and official programmes are handled by the organizer; we take care of rooms, transport and hospitality around the fair.
