The river pavilion seats 90 for workshops and has doors that open onto the water. The orchard lawn hosts long-table dinners, and the lodge has its own jetty, so river boats to İztuzu beach and the mud baths leave from the garden. Breakfasts use produce from the orchard and local village producers.
