Beypazarı lies about 100 km west of Ankara, and its old town of whitewashed Ottoman houses climbing a hillside is one of the best preserved in central Anatolia. After the drive, a local guide leads the group through the market lanes and into a traditional house museum.

The group visits a silver filigree (telkari) workshop to watch a master at work, tastes the town's famous carrot juice and dry biscuits, and sits down for a long lunch of local dishes in a restored mansion. There is free time in the market before the drive back to Ankara in the late afternoon.
