Corporate olympics field day

We set up eight to ten stations on a lawn, beach or football pitch and split your group into colour-coded teams of 10 to 15, each with a captain and a team shirt. After an opening parade and a warm-up led by our coaches, teams rotate every 15 minutes through bubble football, tug-of-war, sack and wheelbarrow relays, a giant Jenga build, a blindfolded obstacle course and a water-bucket relay.

Each station has its own referee who logs points on a shared tablet, so the live scoreboard on the main screen changes after every round. The mix is deliberate: some games reward strength, others patience or clear instructions, which means every team has a chance and nobody sits out.

The day closes with a tug-of-war final between the two leading teams, a medal ceremony on a small podium and cold drinks in the shade. It works as a morning session or as the closing afternoon of a conference.
