Corporate padel tournament

Padel is easy to pick up in 20 minutes, which makes it a good tournament sport for mixed-ability groups. We book a padel club with four to eight courts, indoor or covered, so the tournament runs in any weather.

The session opens with a coaching clinic: a pro coach per two courts teaches the grip, serve and wall play. Players are then drawn into mixed doubles pairs for a round-robin group stage with short timed matches, followed by knockout rounds and a final watched by everyone.

A live scoreboard runs on screens in the clubhouse, where food and drinks are served throughout. The day ends with a trophy ceremony and a prize for the most improved player.
