Tennis round-robin

We use the clay and hard courts of resort hotels in Belek and Bodrum, or a tennis club in Istanbul or Izmir. The morning starts with a 45-minute warm-up and skills clinic, split by level, so beginners learn to serve and rally while stronger players work on tactics with a coach.

Then comes the round-robin: short doubles matches of six games, with partners rotated after every match and points awarded to individuals. This format mixes levels and departments naturally, and nobody is knocked out early. A tournament desk keeps the draw on a screen beside the courts.

The top four players meet in the afternoon on the centre court, with the rest of the group watching from the shade. The day closes with prize-giving and drinks. Rackets and balls are provided, so guests only need to bring sports shoes.
