Hybrid all-hands streaming

Most hybrid meetings fail because remote people watch a single wide shot with poor sound. We bring a three-camera kit, broadcast audio, a vision mixer and a technical director who cuts between speakers and slides in real time, then stream to your platform or a private branded page.

Remote staff can ask questions and vote in live polls; a moderator in the room brings their questions to the stage alongside those from the floor. Speakers in other offices can join on screen with a clean feed, and we test every remote link the day before.

The event is recorded with captions and chapter markers and delivered the next day. The kit sets up in any meeting room or ballroom in two hours, so it works in your own office or at a hotel during an offsite.
