We book a sports hall and work with a local disability sports association whose athletes lead the day. The aim is to play together, not to watch, and the association's coaches design the programme with us.

Participants rotate through three sports in mixed teams. In wheelchair basketball everyone plays in a sports wheelchair after a short lesson from the athletes. In goalball, a Paralympic sport for visually impaired players, everyone wears blackout goggles and defends by listening for a ball with bells inside. Boccia is a precision game that rewards patience and planning. Coaches explain the rules and adapt them to the group.

The day ends with a short final and a conversation with the athletes about their sport and what support they need. The fee includes a contribution to the association's equipment fund, and many companies continue with sponsorship afterwards.
