Improvisation is about listening and building on what others offer, which is also what good meetings need. The session is led by two actors from a professional improv company who also work as corporate facilitators. Nobody needs acting experience, and nobody is put on the spot alone.

The first hour is warm-ups and games in a circle: passing a clap, telling a story one word at a time, the "yes, and" exercise where every idea has to be accepted and extended. In the second part small groups play short scenes with simple setups, such as a customer and a shop that sells something impossible, and try status games where one person leads and the other follows.

The last 30 minutes are a debrief. The facilitators point out moments they saw, who listened, who blocked ideas, who stepped in when a scene stalled, and the group agrees on two or three habits to take back to work. The price covers up to 40 people; larger groups run in parallel rooms.
